The Dominus has become a reference point among audiophiles. Since its introduction in the mid-90s, the Dominus continues to evolve and challenge the industry. Its conductors, metallurgy, and insulation are top of the line. New, for 2017, we're introducing the Diamond Revision Dominus Power Cable! 

 The Corvus is a more refined and neutral cable. This does not mean our other cables or not, only that the Corvus is not a cable to add or subtract. It will take on the character of your system. 

The Neptune's Fluid shielding delivers an almost 3D sound and feel. It possesses a quality sound, with a particular strength in the top end and mid-range. It is a beautiful cable for vocals. 

The Venustas is the workhorse of our cable lines. The presentation is a little further back than the Aqueous, and it can handle pretty much anything you throw at it. Its Ferox© shielding dissipates heat well, especially for the power cable. Its 8 AWG conductors in the speaker cables can handle speaker loads that run 70 dB efficient. The Venustas has more extension in the top end with a good mid-range. 

The Aqueous Aureus possesses an upfront presentation, as though you were sitting toward the front at a concert. It is the descentant of the original Aqueous, which was the first fluid shielded cable. It uses Contego© shielding. The only other cable to use this shielding is the 30th Anniversary. 

 AQUILA DIGITAL POWER CORD

 The Aquila Digital AC is a product of our over 25 years' experience and our ground-upwards approach. It is made for the digital format with precise attention to shielding and careful use of ferrite materials. The Aquila Digital AC's construction prevents the transmission of Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) signals from other digital devices to the power supply. EMI is an undesirable side effect which can seep into an analog front end from the AC line. 

The Poseidon is the little brother to the Neptune. It possesses a Fluid© base, and a quality mid-range and top end. 

 SILVER REVISION IMPRESA HEADPHONE CABLES

 Purist Audio Design is very happy to release a new revision of our headphone cables, the Silver Revision! Countless hours of testing, listening and comparing various wire designs and connectors using the top headphones has given us our highest quality and most musical headphone cable to date!  

 The Musaeus possesses Ferox© shielding and quality construction. It also competes with cables costing 2-3x more. It possesses a rich sound, which places the listener a comfortable distance from the performer. It is an extremely quiet cable. 

 The Genesis offers a true, natural sound though it lacks the shielding in upper lines. This line really begins to show Purist Audio Design’s design philosophy.

 The Vesta is a small-diameter cable that works with many systems. It possess a low capicitance and good connectors. Overall, it is a quality cable that will surprise a lot of people, while being very easy to work with. It is our entry-level cable. 

Purist Audio Design is proud to introduce an improved AC Power Extension. This smaller unit is now available in 3 duplex (for U.S. style plugs) or 6 schuko (for European style plugs). The chassis is completely redesigned with a special aluminum alloy. We’ve added increased dampening for the chassis that limits mechanical vibration. Purist uses proprietary passive filtering to protect the sound and not interfere with it (as with some active filtering technologies). In addition, resonator tubes are utilized and these are tuned to a frequency of 50 or 60 Hz depending on country. They help to passively filter out noises generated by electricity that is flowing through the outlet and does not limit voltage or current. Yet, it eliminates noise frequencies that are beyond these cycles. The internal wiring is the same technology used in our upper line power cords. Our engineers also carefully selected, and matched Furutech Outlets and an IEC Inlet that would meet our high specifications as well as the demanding audiophile’s needs.
